Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Refunds cover the product price paid only — original shipping is non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at with your order number and reason. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or special-order products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
