Delivery policy (estimated duration for customer to receive the product)
- We deliver parcels by Gdex. If your delivery address is in West Malaysia, normally it’ll take within 3 working days for your parcel to arrive. If your address is in East Malaysia, you’ll receive within 7 working days.
Refund policy (indicate the condition to get refund)
- We do not accept refund or returns based on change of mind. If your items arrived heavily damaged, please contact us within 48hours on Instagram or by Email. The items must be wrapped safely & ship the items back to us using standard shipping within 5 working days. We will organise a replacement of the same item or the same value of shopping voucher.

- Any private information given by you will be kept as confidential and never be shared with third parties. Your personal information will only be used for shipping purpose. As for your card details, we used a secure payment gateway and it will never be seen by us.
